We loved rooms with balcony.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location that's conveniently close to the town center, making it easy to get around, and the staff are flexible and accommodating.

Hotel overlooked garden and the room was tidy and airy. The location was decent in an area that was -3 in the morning and the staff here was efficient and excellent. Moreover, it was just off Bathurst as well as shops and family friendly restaurants.

The staff was condescending.

We were extremely happy with our stay and we could not have a more memorable time as it allowed all of my fathers siblings to attend my uncle s 80th birthday party. The well-equipped executive queen room allowed us to cook our meals, which was a great feature.

Poor water pressure in shower.

We required an overnight stay to break a longer trip. The Apartments were more than we expected for the price. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Easy access to town centre. Reception staff very obliging

Missed a hair dryer.

I really enjoyed my holiday stay here! the location was peaceful and just right for me, even though it got pretty chilly at -3 in the morning. Plus, it was conveniently close to the center, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and family-friendly dining options nearby. 😊.

we didn't want to say goodbye, strongly recommend. everything was perfect, amazing location near city centre and shops, cafes and restaurants and the river walk, really great experience. the staff were pretty friendly and amicable, offered good services.
